Connecticut Wine Laws Expanded
Issue: August 31, 2005
In the wake of the Supreme Court ruling that Michigan's and New York's wine-shipping restrictions are unconstitutional, the Connecticut legislature passed a bill on June 8 to allow direct wine shipments from producers both outside and within the state.
