Michigan and New York laws overturned; battle returns to states

In a watershed decision in the battle over direct wine shipments, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the existing system of prohibitions in several states. The ruling could allow many consumers greater access to rare and hard-to-find wines, depending on the outcome of legislative and legal battles simmering in those and other states.
