Texas Opens Its Borders to Wine
Law allows consumers to order directly from local and out-of-state wineries
A battle that has been fought deep in the heart of the Texas wine industry for almost a decade was resolved in April when the state legislature passed almost unanimously a bill that allows consumers to receive direct shipments from wineries both inside and outside Texas' borders.
