Syrah Shines in Paso Robles
Many vintners in California's Paso Robles region think the quality of the 2004 vintage may make it a breakout year for the appellation, at least for Syrah, which has emerged as their top grape even as they experiment with other varieties in this vast growing region's many microclimates.
