It took a while -- 46 years, to be exact -- for Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., to open a fine-dining restaurant, but once it did, it more than made up for lost time. Under manager and California restaurant scion Michael Jordan and chef Andrew Sutton, Napa Rose, now four years old, is one of the best dining rooms for service and American food in California.
