More top chefs add their chips to the culinary pot
Like moths to a big, blazing candle, name chefs continue to flit toward the bright lights of Las Vegas, ramping up the already lively restaurant scene. They're putting their names on several highly visible ventures that have opened since Wine Spectator's extensive report on Vegas dining last spring ("Running the Tables," April 30, 2004).
