Michelin added only one restaurant to the elite club of three-star eateries in the 2005 Red Guide to France, but it's still been an eventful year for the influential dining guide. Le Clos des Cimes in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid, a small Auvergne village, joins the roster of 26 three-star restaurants in France.
