Mondavi: Constellation's New Star?
Robert Mondavi Winery lives on, if only in name. As 2004 ended, the iconic Napa Valley winery became part of the Constellation wine group, which paid $1.36 billion for Robert Mondavi Corp. and most of its holdings.
