California Chardonnay
Strength lies in diversity

Chardonnay is still the champion of California white wines. For now, its lead in quality and popularity are insurmountable. Like Cabernet, however, Chardonnay is facing challenges, especially from the ranks of Sauvignon Blanc, which enjoyed its best year ever in 2002.
