Wine giant Constellation Brands is spending $80 million for a 40 percent interest in well-known Italian producer Ruffino. The Folonari family, which has owned Ruffino since 1913, will maintain a majority interest in the Tuscany-based company, continue to manage it and retain sole ownership of its 4,000 acres of estates.
