1994 Cabernets, the Time is Now

From the beginning, the 1994 California Cabernets stood above the crowd, earning a 96-point vintage rating on Wine Spectator's 100-point scale when I first reviewed them in 1997. At the time, I found the wines bold, rich, age-worthy—and expensive.
