The Ferry Building Marketplace combines produce and dining under one roof
Before there were bridges to transport commuters and travelers across San Francisco Bay, ferryboats did the job, served by a magnificent terminal. The Ferry Building, with its pointed clock tower, punctuated the foot of Market Street, San Francisco's main boulevard.
