Festivities at the 24th annual Sonoma County Showcase of Wine & Food, held July 15 to 17, couldn't have gone more smoothly: Heated bidding animated Friday's live charity auction, and weather throughout the weekend was pleasantly temperate as more than 1,600 guests sampled offerings from 50 restaurants and 129 local wineries.
