San Francisco Dining Heats Up With New Restaurants From Mina and Morrone

Two of San Francisco's best-known chefs, who were formerly kitchen colleagues, opened high-profile restaurants there in July. Their menus and wine lists couldn't be more different, although neither place is staking a reputation on California Cabernet or Bordeaux.
