Massachusetts sues four retailers over illegal shipments of alcohol
Only two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court decided to hear two cases that could shape the future of direct-to-consumer wine shipments, Massachusetts filed suit in June against four Internet retailers for shipping alcoholic beverages to minors.
