Wine lovers looking for tasty yet inexpensive California Chardonnay haven't had it this good in years. While the state's grape glut is beginning to ebb, there are plenty of bargains out there. A list of 30 2002 Chardonnays that have scored at least 80 points and sell for $12 or less appears opposite.
