Scott Wright wrestles the sliding garage door open, revealing a barrel cellar holding stacks of Burgundy-style casks containing the 2003 vintage of his Scott Paul wines. His barrels take up about as much ground space as a single-car garage, and the stacks tower more than 10 feet high.
