When we're young, few of us truly know what we're going to do when we grow up. That wasn't the case for Edward Lee McDonald, or Mac, as most people know him. By the time he was a teenager he was curious about wine, and by the time he graduated from high school he was pretty sure he wanted to be a winemaker.
