Las Vegas is not a lunch town. The leisurely midday meal with a glass of wine, a cherished ritual in Europe and still thriving in many American vacation capitals, is an endangered species in Vegas. Lunch, for the most part, is an all-you-can-eat buffet, if you feel like eating lunch at all.
