With its unique mint, chocolate and rich, cedary currant flavors, Martha's Vineyard Cabernet has a signature flavor profile. It is also distinctive for its exquisite balance and ability to age. Although the wine's flavors are largely a function of the grape and vineyard, Joe Heitz's hand could be found in the winemaking style.
