Jon Favreau made his mark in Hollywood with the 1996 release of Swingers, a movie about struggling actors in Los Angeles that he wrote and starred in. In addition to writing and directing a Christmas comedy called Elf, due out later this year, Favreau stars in Dinner for Five, a program he created in which he and four celebrities eat, drink and chat about the film industry.
