V Foundation Wine Celebration Registers Slam Dunk in Napa Valley The fifth annual V Foundation Wine Celebration brought in $783,000 through its live auction on Aug. 9 in Napa Valley, Calif. That tally represents a 48 percent increase over last year's figure, which placed the event in Wine Spectator's Top 10 for 2002.
