Pierre-Yves Colin represents not only a new generation in Burgundy, but a new way for Burgundians to approach the world. The 31-year-old winemaker of his family's Domaine Marc Colin in the Côte de Beaune wasn't yet born when Burgundy struggled in the era after World War II.
