For the first time in 13 years, a new casino has opened in Atlantic City, N.J., making its splashy debut just before July 4. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is a daring addition to the largely dilapidated town, which was brought to fame in the 1950s by the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.
