Oregon's Wine Bar Scene Receives Noble Treatment in Portland

Benefiting from Oregon's growing wine business, Portland has recently seen the launch of numerous wine bars with impressive lists and ambitiously hip interiors. One, Noble Rot (quirkily named after the mold essential for creating Sauternes), has become a local favorite for its refined, but not stuffy, atmosphere.
