
A Colorado wine merchant accused of fraud by disgruntled customers is facing an FBI investigation, Chapter 11 proceedings and at least three civil suits totaling more than $800,000 in compensation. Clients allege that Rare Fine Wines LLC, in Basalt, never delivered wines that they had ordered and paid for.
