Big Time for Shrimp

A recent abundance of choices from around the world means better flavor

Until a few years ago, choices of shrimp in the United States were as limited as the paint options Henry Ford offered Model T buyers almost a century ago -- "any color, so long as it's black." Well, at least we could specify size.
