An old-guard Philadelphia chef joins the vanguard

It shouldn't really come as a surprise that Jean-Marie Lacroix has put his name on the best new restaurant to open in Philadelphia since Striped Bass a decade ago. After all, for 20 years Lacroix maintained the illustrious reputation of the Fountain Restaurant at Philadelphia's Four Seasons Hotel.
