Few wineries launch with as big a splash as Craggy Range did earlier this year in New Zealand. At this ambitious winery's grand opening, 6,500 guests were entertained by three New Zealand icons: opera star Kiri Te Kanawa, pop singer Tim Finn and Edmund Hillary, the first man to climb Mount Everest.
