My thoughts on the virtues of blind tasting ("Kennel Vision," Dec. 31, 2002 - Jan. 15, 2003) generated a lot of mail. Many of you, it seems, want to become better tasters, and you recognize the importance of blind tasting, that is, tasting a wine without knowing its identity.
