Cork-Taint Lawsuit Settled in California
Wineries claimed Altec stoppers ruined thousands of cases of wine
French firm Sabaté, one of the world's largest cork manufacturers, and four U.S. wineries have decided to settle a lawsuit alleging that the company's Altec cork-composite stopper tainted thousands of cases of wine.
