Take a sip of Tatachilla Chardonnay Adelaide Hills 2000, with its glorious, mouthfilling apple, pear and spice flavors, finishing with a wave of honey. It's all so harmonious and elegant. You might expect a Chardonnay like this, which rates 92 points on Wine Spectator 's 100-point scale, to cost $40 or $50.
