Fade in on a glass of golden California Chardonnay. Dappled sun filters through leafy trees on a December afternoon, glinting off the crushed ice under a dozen oysters. The camera pulls back slowly and we see sashimi, vermilion tuna and ivory Japanese yellowtail, glistening under a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil.
