Score: 100 | Price: $400 A long-term strategy to make Château Lafite Rothschild the best in Bordeaux paid off in the 2000 vintage, when the first-growth produced a wine scoring a perfect 100 points. Placed first of the first-growths in the 1855 classification, Château Lafite Rothschild rested on its laurels, producing uneven quality in the 1960s and 1970s as well as in some later vintages.
