What is your opinion on alcohol-removed wines? I see a lot popping up.

I’ve covered the basics of “alcohol-free” wine before, which typically starts with making a standard wine. The last time I tried an alcohol-removed wine, I was struck by both how light-bodied it was and how sweet it was. It certainly has its place for those who have developed a taste for wine, but need to avoid the alcohol.
I prefer other wine alternatives that I’ve written about, including high-end grape juice made from wine grapes, which can be very complex and satisfying.
