Dear Dr. Vinny,
What type of wine goes with broiled lobster, well-done filet mignon, king crab legs and seared ahi tuna steak? I need one bottle of wine. Butter is used as dipping for the seafood. Thanks for your help! This is very confusing for me!

Dear Nicole,
No wonder it’s confusing—it’s a pretty tall order to pick just one wine that will go well with all those different flavors. But what popped into my head immediately was Champagne, or another similar sparkling wine. Bubbles are refreshing, and they go with just about anything, from popcorn to Chinese food and everything in between. Plus, it’s hard to be in a bad mood when you’ve got a glass of bubbly in your hand.
