I’m on a diet and would like to know what kind of low-calorie foods pair well with Pinot Noir.

Luckily for you, Pinot Noir is extremely versatile when it comes to food. Salmon is a classic pairing, as are mushrooms. I’ve had some great pairings with Indian food, and with leaner meats like chicken and turkey. Earthy flavors, including root vegetables, quinoa, lentils and spinach are another direction to go in. Also, a pinch of an aromatic spice like cinnamon or cloves will make many foods more Pinot Noir-friendly.
