Today I visited with Stéphane Derenoncourt, who consults for wineries around the world, and is a master in Bordeaux. I blind-tasted more than 50 of his 2009 Bordeauxs, from Margaux, Pessac-Léognan, St.-Emilion and more, and his winemaking style works beautifully with this amazing vintage.
