A year ago my crystal ball cleared up at exactly the same time as the Giants peaked. I had a gut feeling that the Giants were cresting, hence my Super Bowl call, Giants by 3, in a huge upset.
Sunday's game brings together the Cinderella Cardinals and five-time Super Bowl champion Steelers and I’m having that same gut feeling, seeing flashes of red. But it won’t be easy for the Red Birds to sneak up on or past the Steelers.
But with Kurt Warner, Edgerrin James and Larry Fitzgerald, the Cardinals are explosive and can score quickly.
Pittsburgh has a nasty defense, Big Ben, a rugged running game and Hines Ward, which should keep the game tight.
It will all come down to who can best protect their quarterback and avoid turnovers.
The winners will be wearing and drinking red, 24-23. But which red?
