Grange Hermitage: Balance with Power

I went to an amazing tasting of Penfolds Grange last night in London, organized by Marlon Abela, the well-known restaurateur who owns such high-end eateries as The Greenhouse (a Wine Spectator Grand Award winner), Morton’s Club and Umu in London as well as A Voce in New York.
