“It is really balanced,” she said, tasting the 2005 Calon herself. I wasn't sure if she was spitting or not. “It is splendid. It has great fruit. It has Médoc fruit that you can’t find anywhere else. It is really rare, this. It’s the terroir that gives you this. I am so happy.
"It makes you want to drink this. It’s so good. I could drink it right now," she added, with a twinkle in her eyes.
I simply nodded in agreement. I felt like I shouldn’t be spitting…
