Robert Taylor joined Wine Spectator in 2003 as a copy editor, after serving as a classic arts program editor for Playbill and Stagebill magazines. In his current position with the website, he reviews all WineSpectator.com copy, overseeing the blog section and working closely with associate editor Mitch Frank on news coverage. As a reporter, Robert has focused largely on alcohol and the law, with a concentration on controversial wine-shipping legislation. He is the editor of the website’s weekly Unfiltered column and serves as the moderator for the WineSpectator.com forums. Robert has a degree in journalism from New York University.
