Organize Your PWL

My Cellar: add/edit

Moving wines to other lists
Select "Move to," to remove wines from their current list and place them in a new one. Choose an existing list from the "Select List" pulldown. (We have set up a sample "Shopping List" you may use.) Then click "Submit."

Required fields
You must enter the quantity purchased and quantity remaining so that the tool can calculate the total value. You can edit these fields at any time.

Creating custom lists
Or create a new list simply by typing any name you choose (eg. Wines in Storage Locker) into the text box. Then click "Submit." Once you have saved wines into a new list, that list will show up in the pulldown menu on all your Personal Wine List pages, as well as in the "Select list" menu on the "organize your personal wine list" page.

Current price
Once you enter a wine into My Cellar, the tool will automatically display the "Current Price" as either the wine's release price or, if it has recently been sold at auction, its average auction price. But you may update the "Current Price" field yourself for wines not rated in our database nor recently sold at auction.

Removing wines from your PWL
Select "Delete this wine," then click "Submit." If you have that wine saved in My Cellar, it will also be deleted from that section. If you delete all the wines in a custom list, that list will automatically be removed from your PWL pulldown menu.

Other fields/update
You may enter when a wine was purchased, the purchase price, the storage location, bottle size and when you last opened a bottle. The "Other info" field allows you to enter any additional notation you desire. These fields may be updated at any time. To save, click "Update My Cellar."

Moving wines to My Cellar
Click on the wine name to enter it into My Cellar. You can only enter one wine at a time as you must fill out additional information for each wine.
