Comment: Michael Mina's place in the Borgata is quite nice. Food can be expensive if you are not careful. Quality is the finest. Chef BJ is a master perfectionist. The staff is very professional. This should be on your list. Nice wine list developed by Inez Ribustello and Dave Gordon (I think) suits the food nicely.
