Wine Spectator editor at large Harvey Steiman has developed these menus to showcase the joys of pairing wine and food. For each recipe, Harvey explains the principles of pairing as they apply to his recommended wines, so preparing a menu is as educational as it is tasty.
You can search by type of food, by type of wine, or both. Bon appetit!
NOTE: When you're looking at older menus, please bear in mind that the suggested wines will have changed over time and may no longer match up with the food in quite the same way, so you may also wish to use the Wine Search to check your selections for their recommended drink dates. If a given wine is past its prime, you can try a more recent vintage, or you can follow Harvey's pairing guidelines and select a similar bottling.
